Squads
At OAC, swimmers will progress through 4 levels. Starting with Development, Bronze, Silver and then Gold. You may notice a 'rep squad' on the timetable, this is for children who are representing the club at NSW country level or above. The coaches will closely monitor the swimmers and inform families when they feel the swimmer is ready to progress to the next squad level. All coaching programs are over seen by our head coach. Please see below a guide to what skills are required to be considered for each squad level.
